At You LOC'D Yet!?, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional services and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or experience, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may receive a refund or exchange.
1. Services Refunds
We are committed to delivering high-quality hair care services. However, due to the nature of personal care services, all service sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on services provided. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly arrange a follow-up consultation to assess the situation and, if necessary, provide adjustments or corrections to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Product Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from our salon or website, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns: Products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards.

4. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Once approved, return the item to our salon location or mail it to Duluth, GA.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and may request photos of the damage for our records.
